Sooo Busy is a private beta. Nine things, no fine print. By creating an account you agree to them.
It's a beta. Things will break, change, or disappear. Don't rely on it for anything that matters.
Your calendar stays yours. The app writes only to calendars it creates and never edits or deletes events it didn't create. Your calendar, contacts and messages are read on your device; only the summaries the app needs leave it.
Be real, and know who sees what. Events you post must be real events you're hosting or have permission to share, with accurate details. An invite-only event is visible only to the people you invite; a public one, to anyone on the app and anyone with its link.
No spam, no abuse. Fake, misleading, repetitive or commercial events, harvesting other people's information, or harassing anyone through invites gets your account suspended or removed, without notice.
Invites are personal. Only invite people you know. Messages are drafted by the app and sent by you; the app never sends on your behalf.
Content. Photos and text you post are yours; you let Sooo Busy show them to the people who can see the event (everyone, for a public one). Don't post what you don't have rights to.
Data. Your email, profile name, settings and plans are stored with Supabase (US). Places and events come from third parties under their terms. You can delete your account and its data from Me → Account at any time. The Privacy Policy says exactly what's kept.
No guarantees. Listings, hours and prices come from third parties and may be wrong. Check before you go. Sooo Busy isn't responsible for what happens at events.
Changes. These terms may change during the beta; the app will ask again when they do.
